Specialty coffee, served lab-style

Good beans, made properly: flat whites, cortados and café con leche the way Madrid drinks it. French pastries, fruit bowls and open sandwiches made to order. Some drinks arrive in lab beakers, and a few change colour at the table.

They experiment. You drink your coffee while it's hot.

Our STEAM zone is designed for children to build, experiment, solve challenges and let their imagination run free in a safe, stimulating space.

  • Unlimited access with the kids' menu (under-1s go free)
  • STEAM activities included: Thursdays and Fridays at 18:00; Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00 and 18:00
  • Children always stay with an adult: it's a play area, not a drop-off service

Birthday parties with real experiments

We close the café to everyone else and it becomes your child's private lab. A host runs the experiments and the snacks are covered, so you can actually enjoy the party.
