• Workshop and activity bookings: name, email, phone and booking details, to manage and charge the booking and send you the confirmation and reminder.
• Birthday and event requests: the details you give us, to prepare the quote and the party.
• Messages by WhatsApp, phone or email: to answer your enquiry.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data to provide the service you request and, where relevant, to meet legal obligations. We keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods.

Service providers

Online payments are processed by Stripe. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@explorafamilycafe.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
